Neue IOP-Anforderungen erweitern ePA für alle und Medikationsprozess

Das Bundesministerium für Gesundheit erweitert mit der Dritten Änderungsverordnung die IOP-Governance-Verordnung um zwei neue Anforderungen für die elektronische Patientenakte (ePA) für alle. Die verbindliche Umsetzung beginnt am 15. September 2026.

Germany grants General Dynamics exemptions for troop support

The Federal Republic and the USA entered into an agreement via an exchange of notes on July 29, 2026, which grants the company General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. exemptions under the NATO Status of Forces Agreement for the care of soldiers with traumatic brain injuries. It was published in the Federal Law Gazette (Bundesgesetzblatt) Part II No. 199 on September 9, 2026.

Alemania concede exenciones a General Dynamics para el apoyo a las tropas

La República Federal y los EE. UU. han celebrado, mediante un intercambio de notas del 29 de julio de 2026, un acuerdo que concede a la empresa General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. exenciones según el Estatuto de las Fuerzas de la OTAN para la atención de soldados con lesiones cerebrales traumáticas. La Bundeswehr facilita el acceso al servicio administrativo para personas con discapacidad grave y soldados temporales

El Ministerio de Defensa modifica, mediante el Segundo Decreto de Enmienda, la formación para el servicio administrativo no técnico de nivel superior de la Administración de la Bundeswehr. Las personas con discapacidad grave, las personas equiparadas y los antiguos soldados temporales con certificado de integración o de admisión tendrán un acceso facilitado al proceso de selección; en el futuro, los exámenes de módulo no superados podrán repetirse dos veces.

Bundeswehr eases access to administrative service for severely disabled persons and temporary soldiers

The Ministry of Defence is amending the training for the upper non-technical administrative service of the Bundeswehr administration via the Second Amending Ordinance. Severely disabled persons, those with equivalent status, and former temporary soldiers with integration or admission certificates will receive easier access to the selection process; failed module examinations may now be repeated twice.

Das Verteidigungsministerium ändert per Zweiter Änderungsverordnung die Ausbildung für den gehobenen nichttechnischen Verwaltungsdienst der Bundeswehrverwaltung. Schwerbehinderte, gleichgestellte Menschen und ehemalige Zeitsoldaten mit Eingliederungs- oder Zulassungsschein erhalten erleichterten Zugang zum Auswahlverfahren, nicht bestandene Modulprüfungen dürfen künftig zweimal wiederholt werden.

Bundesregierung erweitert Kriegswaffengenehmigungen und schließt Streumunition aus

Die Bundesregierung hat die Verordnung über Allgemeine Genehmigungen für die Beförderung und Durchfuhr von Kriegswaffen geändert und ausdrücklich auf Lieferungen an staatliche Stellen der Ukraine ausgedehnt. Zugleich werden Antipersonenminen und Streumunition von allen Allgemeinen Genehmigungen ausgenommen.

The Federal Government has amended the Regulation on General Authorizations for the transport and transit of weapons of war and explicitly extended it to deliveries to government agencies of Ukraine. At the same time, anti-personnel mines and cluster munitions are excluded from all General Authorizations.

Das Bundesministerium für Bildung, Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend hat per Verordnung vom 24. August 2026 den anerkannten Fortbildungsabschluss Bachelor Professional im Rechtswesen mit den Fachrichtungen Recht und Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz geschaffen. Er ersetzt den bisherigen Geprüften Rechtsfachwirt mit einer Übergangsfrist bis Ende 2029.

El Ministerio Federal de Educación, Familia, Personas Mayores, Mujeres y Juventud ha creado, mediante decreto del 24 de agosto de 2026, la titulación de formación continua reconocida Bachelor Professional en Asuntos Jurídicos, con las especialidades de Derecho y Protección Jurídica Industrial. Esta sustituye al anterior Geprüfter Rechtsfachwirt con un periodo de transición hasta finales de 2029.

Federal Government creates new continuing education degree "Bachelor Professional in Legal Affairs"

The Federal Ministry of Education, Family, Seniors, Women and Youth has created the recognized advanced training qualification Bachelor Professional in Legal Affairs, with specializations in Law and Industrial Property Law, via a decree dated August 24, 2026. It replaces the previous Certified Legal Specialist (Geprüfter Rechtsfachwirt) with a transition period until the end of 2029.
