Cucalón fija en el 1,30% el IBI de los bienes de características especiales
El Pleno de la Entidad de Cucalón ha aprobado definitivamente la modificación de la Ordenanza Fiscal del Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles, que fija en el 1,30% el tipo de gravamen aplicable a los bienes inmuebles de características especiales. El acuerdo se publica en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Teruel del 28 de agosto de 2026.

Cucalón sets the IBI for properties with special characteristics at 1.30%
The Plenary of the Entity of Cucalón has definitively approved the modification of the Tax Ordinance for the Property Tax (IBI), which sets the applicable tax rate for real estate with special characteristics at 1.30%.
