Granada aprueba inicialmente el Plan Especial de El Refugio

La Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Granada ha aprobado inicialmente el Plan Especial de la parcela catalogada “El Refugio”, en el Callejón del Pretorio 4, y lo somete a información pública durante veinte días hábiles. El instrumento materializará la edificabilidad no consumida del PGOU con uso asistencial en el centro histórico.

Granada initially approves the Special Plan for El Refugio

The Local Governing Board of the Granada City Council has initially approved the Special Plan for the plot cataloged as “El Refugio,” located at Callejón del Pretorio 4, and is submitting it for public review for twenty business days. The instrument will materialize the unused buildability of the PGOU (General Urban Development Plan) for healthcare use in the historic center.
