Urduliz y Sopela han sido designados como zonas de mercado de vivienda tensionado

El Departamento de Vivienda y Agenda Urbana ha declarado Urduliz y Sopela zonas de mercado de vivienda tensionado, y limitará la renta de los nuevos contratos de alquiler durante tres años. Las órdenes se han publicado en el número 154 del BOPV, el 14 de agosto de 2026.

Urduliz and Sopela have been designated as stressed housing market areas.

The Department of Housing and Urban Agenda has declared Urduliz and Sopela as stressed housing market areas, and will limit the rent of new lease contracts for three years. The orders have been published in issue 154 of the BOPV, on August 14, 2026.

Urduliz eta Sopela etxebizitza merkatu tentsionatuko gune izendatu dituzte

Etxebizitza eta Hiri Agenda Sailak Urduliz eta Sopela etxebizitza merkatu tentsionatuko gune deklaratu ditu, eta alokairu-kontratu berrien errenta mugatuko du hiru urtez. Aginduak BOPVren 154. zenbakian argitaratu dira, 2026ko abuztuaren 14an.
