SAG impone multas a comercio de carne y viñedo por infracciones
El Servicio Agrícola y Ganadero notificó multas a Comercializadora RYS SpA y a Matetic Wine Group S.A. por irregularidades en la comercialización de carne y en la recepción de uva vinífera, con sanciones de 12 y 5 UTM respectivamente.

SAG imposes fines on meat trade and vineyard for violations
The Agricultural and Livestock Service notified fines to Comercializadora RYS SpA and Matetic Wine Group S.A. for irregularities in the marketing of meat and in the reception of wine grapes, with sanctions of 12 and 5 UTM respectively.

El SAT declara falsos los comprobantes fiscales de tres empresas
El SAT declaró falsos con efectos generales los CFDI emitidos por ASA Profesional, S.C., Servicios Delcarp, S.C. y Mexicana, A.C., conforme a tres oficios publicados en el Diario Oficial de la Federación del 14 de agosto de 2026. Sus receptores deben revertir el efecto fiscal en 30 días naturales o sufrirán la restricción temporal de su sello digital.

The SAT declares the tax receipts of three companies to be false.
The SAT declared as false with general effects the CFDI issued by ASA Profesional, S.C., Servicios Delcarp, S.C. and Mexicana, A.C., pursuant to three official letters published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on August 14, 2026. Their recipients must reverse the tax effect within 30 calendar days or suffer the temporary restriction of their digital seal.

El Parlamento aprueba la fiscalización de inversiones reales y contratación pública
El Parlamento de Canarias valida los informes de la Audiencia de Cuentas de Canarias sobre el procedimiento negociado sin publicidad en empresas públicas y sobre la ejecución de las inversiones reales 2019-2023, e insta al Gobierno de Canarias a aplicar sus recomendaciones. Los acuerdos se publican en el Boletín Oficial de Canarias número 162, de 13 de agosto de 2026.

Parliament approves oversight of real investments and public procurement.
The Parliament of the Canary Islands validates the reports of the Audit Court of the Canary Islands on the negotiated procedure without publicity in public companies and on the execution of real investments 2019-2023, and urges the Government of the Canary Islands to apply its recommendations. The agreements are published in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands number 162, of August 13, 2026.
