The Port of Santa María suspends urban planning licenses in the Guadalete industrial estate.
The City Council has submitted the Detailed Study of plots in the Guadalete Industrial Estate for public information and has agreed to suspend urban planning licenses in the affected area for a maximum of three years, in accordance with Andalusian territorial sustainability regulations.

El Ayuntamiento ha sometido a información pública el Estudio de Detalle de parcelas en el Polígono Industrial Guadalete y ha acordado la suspensión de licencias urbanísticas en el ámbito afectado por un máximo de tres años, conforme a la normativa andaluza de sostenibilidad territorial.

El Ayuntamiento de El Puerto de Santa María ha aprobado inicialmente el Estudio de Detalle de las parcelas Macarena 11 y 13 (Unidad de Ejecución S-NO-12 “El Carmen”) y suspende hasta tres años las licencias urbanísticas en el ámbito. La medida, promovida por Construcciones Riveramol S.L., se publica en el BOP de Cádiz núm. 154, de 12 de agosto de 2026, con veinte días de información pública.
