Aragón expands CAP aid against pests in vineyards and olive groves

The Department of Agriculture, Livestock, and Food of Aragon is extending environmental cooperation subsidies (PEPAC 2023-2027) to sexual confusion techniques against the European grapevine moth and the olive fruit fly, with 1.9 million euros co-financed by the EAFRD and a deadline of 15 business days.

Aragón amplía las ayudas PAC contra plagas en viña y olivar

El Departamento de Agricultura, Ganadería y Alimentación de Aragón amplía las subvenciones de cooperación ambiental (PEPAC 2023-2027) a técnicas de confusión sexual contra la polilla del racimo y la mosca del olivo, con 1,9 millones de euros cofinanciados por el FEADER y un plazo de 15 días hábiles.

Extremadura approves aerial campaign against the rice stink bug

The General Directorate of Agriculture and Livestock of the Junta de Extremadura has approved the official aerial phytosanitary treatment campaign against the rice stink bug for 2026, classified as being of public utility, in response to the notable increase in the pest. The measure affects approximately 18,000 hectares and 25 municipalities in the Vegas del Guadiana and the Regadíos del Alagón.

Extremadura aprueba la campaña aérea contra la pudenta del arroz

La Dirección General de Agricultura y Ganadería de la Junta de Extremadura ha aprobado la campaña oficial de tratamiento fitosanitario aéreo contra la pudenta del arroz para 2026, calificada de utilidad pública, ante el notable incremento de la plaga. La medida afecta a unas 18.000 hectáreas y 25 municipios de las Vegas del Guadiana y los Regadíos del Alagón.
