Convenio de 7,2 millones para rehabilitar el Almacén de Abastos de Ceuta
El Ministerio de Vivienda y Agenda Urbana y la Ciudad Autónoma de Ceuta firman un convenio de 7,2 millones de euros para rehabilitar el Almacén de Abastos, un Bien de Interés Cultural, y convertirlo en Archivo General y Museo Militar. El acuerdo se publica en el BOE del 29 de agosto de 2026.

Agreement of 7.2 million to rehabilitate the Ceuta Food Warehouse
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda and the Autonomous City of Ceuta have signed an agreement for 7.2 million euros to rehabilitate the Almacén de Abastos, a Site of Cultural Interest, and convert it into a General Archive and Military Museum. The agreement is published in the BOE on August 29, 2026.

The Galician Housing and Land Institute (IGVS) has declared the comprehensive rehabilitation area (ARI) of the Milagrosa and Feijoo neighborhoods, in Lugo, by means of a resolution dated July 28, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of Galicia. The declaration opens the door to housing rehabilitation grants for hundreds of homes in a consolidated urban fabric.

Vitoria-Gasteiz habilita 1,13 millones para rehabilitar viviendas y edificios residenciales
La Junta de Gobierno Local de Vitoria-Gasteiz aprobó el 31 de julio tres nuevas resoluciones de la convocatoria de ayudas a la rehabilitación 2024-2025, publicadas en el BOTHA del 14 de agosto. En conjunto habilitan 1.130.845,23 euros en subvenciones, más 60.000 euros para escrituración, e incluyen concesiones, denegaciones y revocaciones.

Vitoria-Gasteiz allocates 1.13 million for rehabilitating homes and residential buildings
The Local Government Board of Vitoria-Gasteiz approved on 31 July three new resolutions of the 2024-2025 rehabilitation aid call, published in the BOTHA of 14 August. Together they enable €1,130,845.23 in subsidies, plus €60,000 for notarization, and include grants, denials and revocations.
