Canarias regula la jubilación parcial sin contrato de relevo para su personal laboral

El Boletín Oficial de Canarias publica la resolución que inscribe el acuerdo que permite al personal laboral de la Administración canaria acceder a la jubilación parcial sin contrato de relevo obligatorio, con reducción de jornada de entre el 25% y el 75%.

Canary Islands regulates partial retirement without a replacement contract for its labor personnel

The Official Gazette of the Canary Islands publishes the resolution registering the agreement that allows labor personnel of the Canarian Administration to access partial retirement without a mandatory relief contract, with a working hour reduction of between 25% and 75%.
