Norway adopts new adaptation regulation for Forsvarets høgskole

The Norwegian government has issued a new regulation exempting Forsvarets høgskole from parts of the Universities and University Colleges Act, introducing a new board composition, special admission rules and suitability assessments. It takes effect on 1 September 2026.
