ACRA moves to strike off 195 companies from Singapore register
Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) has given notice that 195 companies will be struck off the Register of Companies after 60 days unless cause to the contrary is shown, under section 344A of the Companies Act 1967.
