Exoneración de IVA en Feria Nacional por Fiestas Patrias

El Acuerdo Interinstitucional MHCP-INTUR-DGI N°. 01-2026, publicado en La Gaceta del 2 de septiembre, exime del IVA del 12 al 20 de septiembre a alimentos, bebidas y hospedajes de la Feria Nacional, en el marco de los 205 años de Independencia y el 170 aniversario de la Batalla de San Jacinto.

VAT Exemption at the National Fair for National Holidays

The Inter-institutional Agreement MHCP-INTUR-DGI No. 01-2026, published in La Gaceta on September 2, exempts food, beverages, and lodging at the National Fair from VAT from September 12 to 20, within the framework of the 205th anniversary of Independence and the 170th anniversary of the Battle of San Jacinto.
