TIL, Hutchison Ports, TERCAT abandon port merger after Commission probe

The notifying parties withdrew the notification of concentration M.11811 on 4 August 2026 and demonstrated that the deal between TIL, Hutchison Ports and TERCAT was abandoned, ending the in-depth review opened by the European Commission in December 2025. The withdrawal was published in C/2026/4427 of 13 August 2026.
