Nombrados los jueces de paz titular y sustituto de Iznájar

El Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía, Ceuta y Melilla nombra a Piedad Pavón López como juez de paz titular y a Juan Ariza Ruiz como sustituto de Iznájar, en el partido judicial de Lucena. Los acuerdos se publican en el BOP de Córdoba del 24 de agosto de 2026.

Titular and substitute justices of the peace of Iznájar appointed

The High Court of Justice of Andalusia, Ceuta, and Melilla appoints Piedad Pavón López as the titular justice of the peace and Juan Ariza Ruiz as the substitute for Iznájar, in the judicial district of Lucena. The agreements are published in the BOP of Córdoba on August 24, 2026.

Sentencia del TSJA obliga a la Junta a nombrar funcionaria de carrera

El TSJA de Sevilla estimó el recurso de una aspirante de la OEP de estabilización 2017/2019 y la Junta de Andalucía la nombra funcionaria de carrera con efectos retroactivos desde marzo de 2024. El nombramiento se publica en el BOJA núm. 158, de 17 de agosto de 2026.

TSJA ruling obliges the Junta to appoint a career civil servant.

The TSJA of Seville upheld the appeal of a candidate from the 2017/2019 stabilisation OEP, and the Junta de Andalucía appoints her as a career civil servant with retroactive effect from March 2024. The appointment is published in BOJA No. 158, of 17 August 2026.
