Han adjudicado el puesto de jefe de la Ertzaintza mediante nombramiento directo
La Viceseguridad ha adjudicado mediante nombramiento la plaza vacante de 10011-Jefe/a de la Ertzaintza, y ha anunciado que la resolución ha sido publicada en el portal Gurenet y en el BOPV. La resolución es de fecha 28 de julio de 2026 y tiene la referencia 2026/3708.

The position of head of the Ertzaintza has been awarded by direct appointment
The Deputy Minister of Security has awarded the vacant position of 10011-Chief of the Ertzaintza by appointment, and has announced in the BOPV that the resolution has been posted on the Gurenet portal. The resolution is dated July 28, 2026, and has the reference 2026/3708.

Han corregido el error de la orden de estructura de la Ertzaintza
El Boletín Oficial del País Vasco ha corregido un error tipográfico en la Orden del Consejero de Seguridad del Gobierno Vasco de 29 de julio de 2026, ya que en la versión en euskera aparecía la fecha incorrecta (28 de noviembre) en lugar del 18 de noviembre.

They have corrected the error in the order regarding the structure of the Ertzaintza
The Official Gazette of the Basque Country has corrected a typographical error in the Order of July 29, 2026, of the Minister of Security of the Basque Government, as the Basque version showed the wrong date (November 28) instead of November 18.
