Televés signs the 2026-2027 collective agreement with annual increases of 2%

The Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña publishes this Thursday, September 24, 2026, the resolution for the registration and publication of the collective agreement of Televés S.A.U. for its workplace in Santiago de Compostela. The resolution, signed on September 18, 2026, by the territorial director of the Ministry of Employment, Trade and Emigration of A Coruña, Juan José Couce Prego, orders the text to be registered in the registry of collective labor agreements and accords of the Autonomous Community of Galicia and sent to the gazette for its publication. The agreement, registered under the agreement code 15001492011982, regulates the labor and salary conditions of the entire staff of the center for two years.
The registration request entered the autonomous registry on August 28, 2026. The Territorial Department of Employment, Trade and Emigration of A Coruña acts as the competent body regarding the registration of agreements and equality plans, according to Decree 42/2024, Decree 49/2024, and Decree 147/2024, and in accordance with article 90 of the Workers’ Statute (Legislative Royal Decree 2/2015), Royal Decree 713/2010, and the Order of October 29, 2010. The publication occupies announcement number 2026/6125 of BOP no. 183, within the Autonomous Administration section.
Validity, working day and vacations
The agreement comes into force on January 1, 2026, and ends on December 31, 2027, being extended year by year unless denounced with a minimum notice of three months. The annual effective working day is set at 1,744 hours for 2026 and 1,736 hours for 2027, with a guarantee that it will never exceed by eight hours that of the provincial agreement of the iron and steel industry of A Coruña.
Regarding working time, the text includes:
- General schedule from 07:00 to 15:00 hours, with three shifts (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00).
- Flexible schedule with a core time from 09:30 to 14:30 hours.
- Irregular distribution of the working day with a limit of 80 effective annual hours.
- General vacations in July and August, with 31 calendar days and 21 effective days in August, plus three days of free disposal.
- Voluntary teleworking, with a minimum presence at the center of 30% and a maximum of 80% of the working day.
Salaries: 2% increase and CPI guarantee
The salary tables of Annex II are applied with an increase of 2% on all concepts in force at the time of signing for 2026, and another 2% on the final 2026 tables for 2027. Furthermore, a review guarantee based on the actual CPI is established at the end of each fiscal year: if the year-on-year CPI in December exceeds the agreed 2%, the differences will be settled at the beginning of the following year as back pay.
Among the remunerative concepts, the following stand out:
- Linear supplement of 4,645.27 euros annually in 2026, prorated over fourteen payments and consolidated for future agreements.
- Personal seniority supplement of 1.81 euros per five-year period.
- Supplement for hardship, toxicity, or danger of 1.72 euros per effective hour, which rises to 2.04 euros when all three circumstances concur.
- Gross remuneration of 24,624.23 euros for grade Z, applicable to new hires during the first twelve months.
- Compensation of 0.26 euros per kilometer when using a private vehicle for travel.
Social supplements and joint commission
The company maintains a life and accident insurance policy for all active personnel, with indemnities of 15,000 euros for natural death, 45,000 euros for accidental death, and 36,000 euros for total or absolute permanent disability resulting from a professional contingency. In cases of temporary disability, 80% of the regulatory base is guaranteed from the first day for common illness and 100% of the salary on the first day for a work accident.
The text creates a joint interpretation commission of six members, three appointed by the works council and three by management, with a period of fifteen calendar days to meet. It also includes a negotiated equality plan, a protocol against harassment, and measures for the equality and non-discrimination of LGBTI people.
Who signs the agreement
The agreement was negotiated between the management of Televés and the legal representation of the workers at the Santiago de Compostela center, located at rúa Benéfica de Conxo number 17, dedicated to the manufacture of telecommunications equipment and solutions.
- For the works council, in the UGT union section, with 55.56% representativeness: Javier Pazos Losada, Jesús Manuel González Campos, Antonio LLovo Guillán, Antonio Blanco Rial, and Víctor Manuel Lage Piñón.
- For the CIG union section, with 44.44%: Marcos Hernández Rey, Raquel Bernal Rojas, Amalia López Calvo, and José Manuel Fandiño Varela.
- For the company management: Gabriel Miguel Rubio, Manuela Carrillo Domínguez, Paloma Bescansa Rodríguez, and María Eugenia Santos Rodríguez.
The publication in the bulletin provides formal coverage for a telecommunications industrial workforce for two fiscal years and establishes a stable framework for working hours, salaries, and social conditions. For the workers of the Santiago de Compostela center, the text guarantees annual increases of 2% with CPI review, in addition to safeguarding the linear supplement and the insurance and temporary disability coverages.
