The competence of the territorial department derives from Decree 49/2024, of April 22, and Decree 147/2024, of May 20.
The resolution orders the deposit and registration in the Registry of agreements, collective labor agreements, and equality plans of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, and provides for publication in the provincial gazette. An administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) may be filed against it before the General Secretariat of Employment and Labor Relations within one month.
