El DOGC publica la modificació del conveni d'oficines i despatxos de Catalunya

The Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya publishes this Wednesday, September 30, the registration and publication of the modification of the Collective Labor Agreement for the office and studio sector in Catalonia. Resolution EMT/3393/2026, of September 22, signed by the Director General of Labor Relations, Self-Employment, Occupational Safety and Health, Núria Gilgado Barbadilla, orders the registry entry and the publication of the agreement that corrects material errors in the text. The document is released with the official reference CVE-DOGC-A-26265087-2026 in DOGC no. 9761.

The modification agreement was signed on September 9, 2026, by the Negotiating Commission of the agreement, which has the code 79000375011994. The resolution is framed within article 90.2 and 3 of the Revised Text of the Workers’ Statute Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23; article 2.1 of Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements; Decree 162/2026, of September 8, on the restructuring of the Department of Enterprise and Labor; and article 6 of Law 26/2010, of August 3.

What the agreement amends and where it is registered

The Modification Agreement corrects various material errors of the agreement regarding wording, numbering, translation, and transcription. The resolution provides for two procedures:

  • The registration of the modification in the Registry of collective agreements, collective labor agreements, and equality plans of the Directorate General of Labor Relations, Self-Employment, Occupational Safety and Health, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.
  • Publication in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya, following the completion of the relevant prior procedures.

The text signed by the parties is reproduced in full in the annex of the resolution, with the literal transcription of the agreement for the years 2025-2027.

The labor conditions established by the agreement

The agreement applies to all office and studio activities and administrative-type services in general, throughout the territory of Catalonia, and expressly excludes senior management personnel. The main agreed conditions are:

  • Maximum annual working day: 1,760 hours in 2025, 1,752 hours in 2026, and 1,744 hours from 2027 onwards.
  • Vacations: 23 paid working days per year, with preferential enjoyment between May 1 and September 30.
  • Salary increases: 3% in 2025 over the 2024 tables, 4% in 2026, and 4% in 2027, with retroactive effects from January 1 of each year and an additional maximum increase of 1% if the year-on-year CPI in December exceeds 4%.
  • Annual salary for professional group 1: 30,758.66 euros in 2025 and 31,989.01 euros in 2026.
  • Supplements: night shift bonus of 50% of the ordinary hourly rate, holiday bonus of 75%, and overtime compensated with time off or, subsidiarily, with a 50% increase.
  • Teleworking: 1.59 euros in 2025 and 1.66 euros in 2026 for remote work expenses.

Signing parties and validity

The agreement is pacted between the business organizations Foment del Treball Nacional and PIMEC, on one hand, and the CCOO Services Federation of Catalonia and the UGT Services, Mobility and Consumption Federation of Catalonia, on the other. The duration is three years, from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027, with an annual tacit extension if there is no effective notice within 180 days prior to expiration.

The publication closes the administrative registration procedure and guarantees the legal certainty of the consolidated text that companies in the sector must apply. For the affected workers, the correction of material errors avoids discrepancies in the interpretation of clauses regarding working hours, salaries, and supplements, and confirms the validity of the 2025 and 2026 salary tables with retroactive effects.
