The document bears the signature of the general secretary, Susana Pérez Iglesias, and an administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) may be filed against it before the Minister of Employment, Trade and Emigration within one month of publication.
The text was agreed upon by seven representatives of the company and seven members of the Inter-center Committee in legal representation of the staff. Its territorial application is limited to the workplaces that the company has in the provinces of A Coruña and Pontevedra, as well as those that may be created in the future, and the address of the company and the interpretation commission is located at Alfredo Vicenti Street, 15, A Coruña.
Retroactive validity and salary increases

The retention supplement for team leaders and first-class officers is set at 326.39 euros per month.
Working day, vacations and specific groups
The maximum annual working day of effective work is set at 1,712 hours for central offices, operations and toll facilities not subject to shifts in Seixurra and Toural, toll management and communications coordination. The company also commits to increasing the working day from 59% to 70% for fifteen people with part-time contracts, an extension that must occur, at the latest, before December 31, 2028, and to maintain the policy of partial retirements by substitution.
Disappearance of productivity and dialogue framework
The productivity supplement disappears and is replaced by an ad personam salary supplement, reserved for people who were registered at the time of signing: 800 gross euros annually in 2025, 900 in 2026 and 2027, and 1,100 in 2028, the latter being consolidated. The text also incorporates a specific chapter dedicated to the company’s LGBTIQ+ Plan and maintains housing loans, with a maximum global fund of 390,658 euros, and advances on earnings, with a fund of 57,097 euros.
The governance of the agreement falls to a joint parity Mixed Commission, with four members from each party, which will meet at the request of either party and will strive not to exceed four sessions per year. The text adheres to the Galician Interprofessional Agreement on Extrajudicial Procedures for the Resolution of Labor Conflicts (AGA) and classifies personnel into four professional groups: management, technical and administrative, toll, and maintenance.
The relevance of the news lies in the retroactivity: publication in October 2026 activates conditions agreed upon since January 2025, with a direct effect on the payrolls, shifts, and working days of several hundred workers of the A Coruña and Pontevedra highways.
