The Territorial Directorate of Pontevedra of the Ministry of Employment, Trade and Emigration has ordered the registration and publication of the collective agreement of the company Servicios dos Concellos Galegos, S.L.U. for the personnel assigned to the waste collection services of the City Council of O Porriño. No infringement of current legality nor stipulations to the detriment of third parties are observed in the agreement.

The agreement was signed by the social representation, consisting of the personnel delegate of the CIG, and the company representatives, who mutually recognize the legitimacy to subscribe to a text of a statutory nature. Its functional scope covers the collection of MSW (municipal solid waste), plastic, cardboard, glass, bulky items, pruning, uncontrolled dumps, and clean points.

Joint Commission and salary guarantee

The Joint Commission for interpretation and surveillance will be constituted within a maximum period of 10 days from the signing, with its address at Alcalde Segundo Pampillón, 20, Sanguiñeda, 36419 Mos, and will meet within 72 hours following the call. Discrepancies will be submitted to the Galician interprofessional agreement on extrajudicial procedures for the resolution of collective labor conflicts (AGA).

The agreement includes a salary guarantee clause: if the sum of the actual CPI during the years of validity exceeds the 18.5% forecast for laborers or 20% for drivers, mechanics, and administrative staff, the difference will be paid in a table update in January 2030. An administrative appeal may be filed against the resolution before the General Secretariat of Employment and Labor Relations within one month.

Publication in the BOPPO provides publicity and legal effectiveness to an agreement that directly affects the personnel providing the waste collection service in O Porriño, with a four-year roadmap that combines salary increases, reduction of working hours, and social improvements.
