特定抗争指定暴力団の指定期限、9府県公安委員会が2027年1月6日まで延長

The Official Gazette dated October 5, 2026, published notices from various prefectural Public Safety Commissions extending the designation period for “Specified Conflict-Designated Boryokudan, etc.” targeting the Sixth Yamaguchi-gumi and the Kobe Yamaguchi-gumi until January 6, 2027. Nine prefectural Public Safety Commissions—the Mie Prefectural Public Safety Commission, Osaka Prefectural Public Safety Commission, Kyoto Prefectural Public Safety Commission, Hyogo Prefectural Public Safety Commission, Tottori Prefectural Public Safety Commission, Shimane Prefectural Public Safety Commission, Okayama Prefectural Public Safety Commission, Gifu Prefectural Public Safety Commission, and Aichi Prefectural Public Safety Commission—issued the notices on the same date, extending the designation period by three months from the previous deadline of October 6, 2026.

The legal basis is Article 15-2, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991), and the notices were issued as a partial change to the publicized matters pursuant to the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 4 of the same Act, as applied mutatis mutandis under Paragraph 8 of the same article. The designation of Specified Conflict-Designated Boryokudan, etc., is a system implemented by prefectural Public Safety Commissions to ensure the safety of citizens’ lives when conflict between opposing groups intensifies; within the designated areas, activities such as the use of offices, demonstrations, and the provision of money or goods are restricted.
