La Guancha y Güímar aprueban sus planes de control de viviendas vacacionales
Los ayuntamientos de La Guancha y Güímar han aprobado sus planes municipales de comprobación y control de las viviendas vacacionales, exigidos por la Ley 6/2025. Ambos instrumentos, publicados en el BOP de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, establecen inspecciones y un registro municipal de la actividad.

La Guancha and Güímar approve their vacation rental control plans
The city councils of La Guancha and Güímar have approved their municipal plans for the verification and control of vacation rentals, as required by Law 6/2025. Both instruments, published in the BOP of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, establish inspections and a municipal registry of the activity.

Valle Gran Rey activates control over all vacation rentals
The City Council of Valle Gran Rey approves the verification and control plan for all vacation rentals in the municipality, as required by Law 6/2025, with its own municipal registry, detection of illegalities, and inspections. The decree is published in the BOP of Santa Cruz de Tenerife of August 14, 2026.

Valle Gran Rey activa el control de todas las viviendas vacacionales
El Ayuntamiento de Valle Gran Rey aprueba el plan de comprobación y control de todas las viviendas vacacionales del municipio exigido por la Ley 6/2025, con registro municipal propio, detección de ilegalidades e inspecciones. El decreto se publica en el BOP de Santa Cruz de Tenerife de 14 de agosto de 2026.
