ARESEP submits compensation for power outages to public hearing

The Public Services Regulatory Authority calls for a virtual public hearing regarding the MET-CENS methodology, which will automatically compensate subscribers affected by power outages on their bills, along with the reform of the AR-NT-SUCAL regulation. The appointment will be on October 1, 2026.

ARESEP somete a audiencia la compensación por cortes de energía eléctrica

La Autoridad Reguladora de los Servicios Públicos convoca a audiencia pública virtual la metodología MET-CENS, que compensará automáticamente en la factura a los abonados afectados por cortes de electricidad, junto con la reforma de la norma AR-NT-SUCAL. La cita será el 1 de octubre de 2026.
