Transferencia de 1.337 millones de DA del presupuesto del Estado al Ministerio de Cultura y Artes
El Presidente de la República, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, emitió el decreto presidencial n.º 26-266 mediante el cual transfiere una asignación financiera de 1.337 millones de DA como autorización de compromiso y 300 millones de DA como créditos de pago del presupuesto del Estado a disposición de la Ministra de Cultura y Artes, publicado en el Diario Oficial n.º 65 con fecha del 9 de septiembre de 2026.

Transfer of 1.337 billion DZD from the state budget to the Ministry of Culture and Arts
President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune issued Presidential Decree No. 26-266 transferring a financial allocation of 1.337 billion DZD as a commitment authorization and 300 million DZD as payment appropriations from the state budget to the disposal of the Minister of Culture and Arts, published in the Official Gazette Issue 65 dated September 9, 2026.

تحويل 1.337 مليار دج من ميزانية الدولة لوزارة الثقافة والفنون
أصدر رئيس الجمهورية عبد المجيد تبون مرسوماً رئاسياً رقم 266-26 يحوّل اعتماداً مالياً قدره 1.337 مليار دج كرخصة التزام و300 مليون دج كاعتمادات دفع من ميزانية الدولة إلى تصرف وزيرة الثقافة والفنون، نُشر في الجريدة الرسمية العدد 65 بتاريخ 9 سبتمبر 2026.

Decreto Ejecutivo que crea dos direcciones subordinadas para las Reservas Nacionales de Recursos Hídricos
El Gobierno argelino ha emitido el decreto ejecutivo número 26-292, que completa la organización de la administración central del Ministerio de Riego mediante la creación de dos direcciones adjuntas para las reservas nacionales de recursos hídricos y un sistema nacional de monitoreo y alerta, en una reforma estructural que afecta la gestión del agua en el país.

Executive Decree establishing two sub-directorates for national water resource reserves
The Algerian government has issued Executive Decree No. 26-292, which completes the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Water Resources by establishing two sub-directorates for national water resource reserves and a national monitoring and warning system, in a structural reform affecting water management in the country.

مرسوم تنفيذي ينشئ مديريتين فرعيتين للاحتياطات الوطنية للموارد المائية
أصدرت الحكومة الجزائرية المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 292-26 الذي يتمم تنظيم الإدارة المركزية لوزارة الري بإنشاء مديريتين فرعيتين للاحتياطات الوطنية للموارد المائية ونظام وطني للرصد والإنذار، في إصلاح هيكلي يمس إدارة المياه في البلاد.
