The Provincial Delegation of Economy, Business and Employment of Ciudad Real, under the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha, has ordered the registration and publication of the Collective Agreement for Wine and Alcohol Industries of Ciudad Real for the years 2026-2027. The text, registered in the Registry of collective agreements and labor accords under code 13000225011982, establishes a salary increase of 3.5% for 2026 and 3% for 2027. The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real number 195, dated October 9, 2026.
The agreement was submitted electronically on September 3, 2026, via REGCON by Manuela Pérez Astilleros, authorized by the Negotiating Commission, and resubmitted on October 6 after correcting defects detected in its drafting. The resolution is issued in accordance with Article 90 of the revised text of the Workers’ Statute Law and Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the Registration and Deposit of Collective Agreements and Labor Accords, and was signed on October 8, 2026, by the provincial delegate Miguel Ángel Díaz Brazales. The document consists of 62 pages and its validity spans from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027, with economic effects retroactive to that date.
The negotiation was carried out by the Business Federation of Ciudad Real (FECIR) and Agri-food Cooperatives of Castilla-La Mancha on behalf of the employers, and by the General Union of Workers (UGT) and Workers’ Commissions (CC.OO.) on behalf of the employees.
Increases of 3.5% in 2026 and 3% in 2027
Article 43 of the agreement establishes an increase of 3.5% in 2026 on all economic concepts of the 2025 agreement. If the year-on-year CPI for December 2026 exceeds that 3.5%, an additional increase of up to a maximum of 1% will be applied, effective from January 1, 2027.
For 2027, an increase of 3% is set on the final concepts of 2026, effective from January 1, 2027. At the end of that year, if the year-on-year CPI for December 2027 is higher than 3%, another additional increase of up to 1% will be applied, effective from January 1, 2028.
Working Day, Overtime and Salary Tables
The maximum annual working day will be 1,800 hours in 2026 and 1,792 hours in 2027, with a reduction of two hours on December 24 and 31. Overtime hours will be paid with a 75% surcharge over the normal hour, and their habitual performance is prohibited.

Scope, Stable Employment, and Joint Commission
The agreement applies to the entire territory of the province of Ciudad Real and to wineries, alcohol, liquor, and cider companies, including cooperatives and warehouses with bottling or packaging operations. It binds permanent, seasonal, campaign, interim, and casual staff, regardless of gender.
Companies in the sector commit to maintaining a minimum of 70% permanent contracts. Additionally, a Joint Interpretation Commission of eight members—four employers and four workers—is established, with its headquarters for communication purposes at the Labor Arbitration Board of Ciudad Real.
The new labor framework covers the entire provincial wine sector and consolidates two years of agreed increases, with review clauses linked to the CPI that protect the purchasing power of the workforce. The published tables allow companies and workers to immediately apply the new amounts, with retroactive effect from January 1, 2026.
