Valdés auctions twelve residential plots in Los Indianos, Luarca, for 933,127 euros

The Valdés City Council has put up for joint public auction twelve municipally-owned residential plots located in the Los Indianos urbanization, in Luarca, with a minimum bidding price of 933,127.64 euros, excluding taxes. The call is promoted by the council’s Local Government Board and is published in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias (BOPA) no. 191, dated October 2, 2026, in section IV of Local Administration, under official reference 2026-07850 and file CON/2026/7.

A joint disposal without division into lots

The object of the contract is the disposal, through a joint public auction and without division into lots, of twelve (12) municipally-owned plots of a patrimonial nature. The published location corresponds to the plot with cadastral reference 9834601PJ9293S0001TZ, in the Los Indianos urbanization, in the municipality of Valdés.

The urban classification of the land is consolidated urban land, subject to the coordinated completion of certain pending urbanization works, as detailed in the announcement. The processing is structured through an ordinary file and an open procedure, and the method of award is public auction.
