University of Milan puts the property in viale Ortles up for auction

The University of Milan has announced a public auction for the sale of the property located at viale Ortles 22/4, Milan, with a base price of 21,520,000 euros. The notice is published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic, 5th Special Series – Public Contracts, no. 113 of October 5, 2026, with official reference TX26BIA415. The deadline for the submission of offers is set for 12:00 PM on November 9, 2026.

The procedure and regulatory framework

Deposit, opening of offers, and documentation

To participate, a deposit in the form of a cashier’s check for the total amount of 20,000.00 euros is required. The opening of the offers will take place in a public session at a University venue, on a date and at a location that will be communicated on the University’s dedicated webpage.
