Thatched stone house by Isefjord goes under the hammer in Hillerød

A 204 m² stone house with a thatched roof on a 1,519 m² plot at St Karlsmindevej 67 in Hundested will be sold at forced auction on 10 November 2026 at 09:30 in Retten i Hillerød, room H. The auction was requested by PTFH ApS through attorney Carl Gustaf Jespersen of August Jørgensen Advokater, and the notice was published in Statstidende on 22 October 2026 under reference S20102026-54.

The announcement appears in the gazette’s section for forced auctions of real property, the channel through which Danish enforcement sales are made publicly known. The notice states that the sales particulars and auction conditions are available for inspection at the court office unless otherwise indicated, and that the case documents can be viewed online.

  • Dwelling area: 204 m² according to the BBR register.
  • Construction: fieldstone walls with a thatched roof.
  • Ground floor: entrance hall, large living room with panoramic views over Isefjorden and the inlet to Roskilde Fjord, bathroom with shower, bedroom, and kitchen/dining room.

Condition, roof and fixtures

According to the owner, the thatched roof dates from around 2004/05 and the floor-to-ceiling windows were replaced within the last ten years. The owner also stated that the property’s oil-fired boiler is defective. The notice warns that some repair and maintenance must be expected, along with “not insignificant” clearing up and cleaning.

The following white goods are installed in the house:

  • Washing machine (Bosch) and tumble dryer (AEG).
  • Extractor hood (Trepol), oven (Siemens) and hob (Siemens).
  • Dishwasher (AEG) and refrigerator (Siemens).

The description was drawn up on the basis of an inspection carried out on 7 October 2026, information in the BBR register and the land registry, and details supplied by one of the owners. The notice stresses that parts of the information rest on a BBR extract, so its accuracy cannot be guaranteed, and that the extract is not proof that current rules have been complied with.

Valuation and parties

The property was valued at DKK 3,259,000 as of 1 October 2020, of which the land value accounts for DKK 2,221,000. The registered owner, according to the land registry extract, is listed only as persons with name and address protection.

The auction is being sought by PTFH ApS, represented by attorney Carl Gustaf Jespersen at August Jørgensen Advokater, Roskildevej 10A, 3400 Hillerød, which is also named as the auction announcer. The firm’s case number is 409-16570 CGJ/ijs, while the court has registered the case as AS 75/2026.

For readers in north-west Zealand, the sale is a rare chance to acquire a fieldstone house with a thatched roof directly on the water at the mouth of Roskilde Fjord, a type of property that seldom reaches the open market. Buyers should weigh the 2020 valuation of DKK 3,259,000 against the defective boiler, the age of the roof and the clean-up work flagged in the official description before bidding.
