Soria publica las listas definitivas de cuatro procesos de estabilización

The Soria City Council has approved the final lists of admitted and excluded candidates for the four stabilization processes for maintenance lifeguard, administrative assistant, center porter, and garden laborer. The resolutions from the Delegated Department of Governance are published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria no. 121, dated October 21, 2026 (reference BOPSO-121-21102026), with 217 admitted applicants and 34 excluded, and exams scheduled between December 17 and January 26.

The four processes derive from the sixth and eighth additional provisions of Law 20/2021 and are resolved through a competitive examination system (concurso-oposición) to fill permanent labor staff positions. The call for applications was published in the Official State Gazette no. 251, dated October 17, 2024; the general rules in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria no. 149, dated December 30, 2022, and the specific rules for the competitive examination in no. 116, dated October 7, 2024.

The lists elevate the provisional records to final status once the claims period has closed, in accordance with the fifth rule of the general rules, and incorporate the self-assessment of merits submitted by each applicant. The resolutions are dated October 9, 2026, and signed by the mayor, Javier Antón Cacho, on October 15: 20260369 (maintenance lifeguard), 20260370 (administrative assistant), 20260364 (center porter), and 20260365 (garden laborer).

The resolutions order the publication of the agreement on the notice board of the municipal electronic headquarters, on the City Council website, and in the provincial bulletin, and to continue the procedure according to the ninth clause until the list of successful candidates, the accreditation of requirements, and the appointment or hiring.

The final lists close the channel for claims regarding admission and open the competitive examination phase for 217 applicants competing for seven permanent labor staff positions. The result will determine the consolidation of the municipal workforce and the stable coverage of services such as lifeguarding, administrative support, center caretaking, and garden maintenance.
