Silos de Montenogara has completed its transformation into a public limited company and is now named Silos de Montenogara SOCIMI SA, according to the registration published by the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. The agreement was unanimously adopted by the Extraordinary and Universal General Meeting of the company on June 30, 2026. The registration appears in the First Section, registered acts of Toledo, with the official reference BORME-A-2026-193-45 (no. 193, page 46769).

The entry, with file number 444068, records the company transformation and the name and form adopted, Silos de Montenogara SA, as well as the subsequent change of corporate name to Silos de Montenogara SOCIMI SA. The transformation was processed under Article 10 of Royal Decree-Law 5/2023, of June 28, according to the prior announcement published in the Second Section of the BORME on August 3, 2026 (no. 147, page 5658, reference BORME-C-2026-4533). That announcement stated that the operation strictly adhered to the transformation project drafted and signed by the Board of Directors on March 19, 2026.

Unchanged capital and transformation balance sheet

The public announcement specifies the economic terms approved by the partners:

The share capital figure remains unchanged after the transformation.
All partners approved the balance sheet closed on December 31, 2025, as the transformation balance sheet.
The text of the corporate bylaws was also approved, in accordance with the requirements of the Capital Companies Law for public limited companies.
Since it was a transformation approved by the Extraordinary and Universal General Meeting, prior publication or deposit of the project and the announcement of observations provided for in Article 7 of Royal Decree-Law 5/2023 were not necessary.
