Sant Jaume d'Enveja approves the purchase of two plots in Mas Roig

The City Council of Sant Jaume d’Enveja has definitively approved the direct acquisition file for two plots located in the Mas Roig area, for an amount of 25,000.00 euros each. The decision was formalized through Mayoral Resolution no. 363, dated September 24, 2026, signed on September 30, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona on October 9, 2026, with the official reference CVE 2026-09107 (pp. 1-2).

The file was processed by the Sant Jaume d’Enveja City Council, with Mayor Maria Teresa Solsona Beltri as the issuing body of the resolution. The publication is made in compliance with article 8.1.a) of Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, and the file remains available to interested parties at the municipal electronic office.

Two estates of 1,157 and 1,015 square meters

The acquired assets are two contiguous plots from polygon 20, both in the Mas Roig area of the municipal district:

• Plot 102: cadastral reference 43182A020001020000DW, surface area of 1,157.00 m², Sant Jaume d’Enveja registered property no. 1296 (IDUFIR 43020000331497), volume 3657, book 10, folio 127, 3rd registration.
• Plot 103: cadastral reference 43182A020001030000DA, surface area of 1,015.00 m², Sant Jaume d’Enveja registered property no. 3378 (IDUFIR 43020000990137), volume 3862, book 36, folio 128, 1st registration.

Both estates are registered at the Property Registry of Tortosa 2. The total acquired surface area sums to 2,172.00 m².

Price of 25,000 euros per plot

The acquisition amount is 25,000.00 euros for each of the two assets, bringing the total cost of the operation to 50,000.00 euros. The awardees listed in the announcement are I. O. G., for plot 102, and M. M. O. G., for plot 103.

The resolution ends the administrative route and is published for general knowledge, once the direct acquisition of the lands has been definitively approved.

Deadline for appeal and access to the file

Alternatively, the following may be filed against the resolution:

• An optional appeal for reversal before the Local Governing Board of the City Council, within a period of one month, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
• A contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Tarragona, within a period of two months, according to article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, of the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.

If the appeal for reversal is chosen, the contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until the former is expressly resolved or has been dismissed by silence. The documentation can be consulted at the City Council’s electronic office, with the validation code 5997N7Q5Y3FZH2CLFHWN67F7Z.

The purchase of the two plots of Mas Roig expands the municipal heritage in a rural area of the district and directly affects the adjacent owners and the neighborhood, who have one or two months, depending on the chosen route, to challenge the operation if they have an interest in doing so.
