The Territorial Delegation of Employment, Enterprise and Self-Employment in Córdoba has ordered the registration and publication of the II Collective Agreement of the company Asistencia Los Ángeles, S.L., which regulates the labor conditions of the sanitary transport personnel for the sick and injured in the province of Córdoba. The text was approved by the negotiating commission on August 25, 2026, and corrected via minutes dated September 18 of the same year. It is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 196, dated October 9, 2026, with the official reference BOP-A-2026-3356, and will take effect between August 1, 2026, and July 31, 2030.
The resolution, issued by the Labor Administration Service, orders the registration in the Registry of Collective Agreements and Labor Agreements and Equality Plans and provides for its publication in the provincial gazette, in accordance with Article 90 of the Workers’ Statute and Royal Decree 713/2010. The administrative file is 14/01/0115/2026 and the assigned agreement code is 14104051012026. The agreement was signed by the territorial delegate Marina Montes Valentín, dated September 30, 2026.
The functional scope covers all activities of the company—sanitary, administrative, organizational, commercial aspects, and the transport of persons with reduced mobility (PRM)—and the territorial scope is limited to the province of Córdoba. For matters not provided for, the agreement refers to the Collective Agreement of Andalusia for sanitary transport companies for sick and injured persons and to the Workers’ Statute.

Partial retirement and relief contract
Article 46 establishes that companies will address and accept requests for partial retirement made in writing, provided that legal requirements are met, and must simultaneously arrange a relief contract. If there are workers with internship contracts, the relief contract will be permanent and will be filled by one of them. Mandatory retirement requires that the worker be entitled to 100 percent of the pension and that the company hire a new permanent worker.
Article 45 sets loyalty bonuses for those who, with ten years of service, retire between the ages of 60 and 64: 4,704.489 euros at age 60; 4,018.463 euros at 61; 3,430.358 euros at 62; 2,097.437 euros at 63, and 1,119.022 euros at 64. These amounts are reduced in the same proportion as the working day is reduced when accessing partial retirement.
The agreement also incorporates temporary disability supplements from the first day in work accidents, leaves of 17 calendar days for marriage and seven days for the death of children, and a training plan with a minimum of 20 annual hours until reaching the 300 hours of the Sanitary Transport Technician qualification.
The publication closes the labor framework for contracted health transport in the province of Córdoba for the next four years and directly affects drivers, emergency technicians, nursing staff, and administrative personnel in the sector, who already have mandatory salary tables and conditions regarding working hours and partial retirement.
