Por FactBox Admin

The Official Gazette of the Province of Almería publishes this Wednesday, October 7, 2026, the collective agreement of FASSA HISPANIA, S.A.U. for its workplace in Antas (Almería), valid for 2025-2027 and with retroactive economic effects for 2025 and 2026. The Territorial Delegation of Employment, Enterprise and Self-Employment of the Regional Government of Andalusia in Almería ordered its registration in the official registry and its publication via an announcement dated September 21, 2026, processed under file number 2598/26.
The text was signed on August 3, 2026, between the legal representation of the company and the Staff Delegates, and is published under article 90 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, and Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, regarding the registration and deposit of collective agreements and accords. The agreement carries the code 04000662011982 and includes the previous name of the company, YESOS, ESCAYOLAS Y DERIVADOS, S.A. (YEDESA). The announcement is signed by the territorial delegate, Amós García Hueso.
The functional scope covers the manufacture of gypsum, lime, and plaster, and the territorial scope is limited to the Antas workplace, regardless of where the registered office is located. The entire workforce of that factory is subject to the agreement, except for the exceptions provided for in the Workers’ Statute.
Validity, arrears, and salary increase
- Duration from the official publication in the BOP until December 31, 2027, without general retroactive effects.
- Exception: the economic effects of the salary tables in Annexes I, II, and III corresponding to 2025 and 2026 are applied.
- Arrears derived from this retroactive application may be paid within a maximum period of two months from the official publication.
- Automatic extension unless expressly denounced by one of the parties six months prior to expiration.
- Agreed increases: 3.1% in 2025, 2.5% in 2026, and 2.4% in 2027, using the tables from the previous year as a base.
- If the actual CPI for 2026 exceeds the agreed increase, the 2027 tables will be updated with an additional cap of one point, effective from January 1, 2027, and without generating arrears in 2026.
Working day, shifts, and breaks
The maximum annual working day is set at 1,736 hours of effective work for the three years of validity, with 10 days of paid leave and a minimum of 22 working days of vacation. The shift plan must be communicated at least three weeks in advance.
- Plaster and semi-hydrated kiln department: three rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) seven days a week.
- Plaster packaging and mortar packaging departments: three ordinary shifts from Monday to Friday.
- Night shifts between 22:00 and 06:00 hours: 50% surcharge on the daily base salary.
- Full weekend shifts (from 06:00 Saturday to 06:00 Monday): 70 gross euros per shift, 85 euros in 2026, and 100 euros from 2027.
Salary supplements and social security
- Improvement bonus: 60.10 euros per month, increasing to 70.00 gross euros per month from the month following publication, without retroactivity or future revaluation.
- Productivity bonus: 6.80 euros daily in 2025, 6.97 euros in 2026, and 7.14 euros in 2027.
- Transport bonus: 9.41 euros daily in 2025, 9.65 euros in 2026, and 9.88 euros in 2027.
- Tanker truck cleaning bonus: 75.80 euros per month; crane truck bonus: 45.47 euros per month.
- Overtime: voluntary and limited to 80 hours per year per worker, except in cases of force majeure.
- Compensation of 42,000 euros for permanent disability or death resulting from a work accident or professional illness; three monthly payments of the current salary in case of common illness or non-occupational accident.
- Company supplement of 100% of the table salary for those at risk during pregnancy and during temporary disability due to professional contingencies.
Representation and conflict resolution
A Joint Commission is established with a maximum of three members per party, whose agreements are adopted by unanimity and which acts as a prior and mandatory step to any administrative or judicial action, with a period of twenty business days to resolve or issue an opinion. Once this route is exhausted without agreement, the parties submit to the procedures of the Extrajudicial Labor Conflict Resolution System of Andalusia (SERCLA). The agreement also includes a clause for the non-application of working conditions in accordance with article 82.3 of the Workers’ Statute.
The agreement affects virtually all industrial employment in the municipality and arrives more than a year late relative to the start of its validity; therefore, the workforce will now receive the economic effects of 2025 and 2026 in a single payment. For the factory workers, the practical reference is twofold: the tables in the annexes set the base salary and payments, and the two-month period marks the deadline for collecting arrears.
