The Official Gazette of Navarra publishes this Tuesday, October 20, 2026, the definitive 2025 salary tables of the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Industry of Navarra, with annual remunerations ranging from 17,490.80 euros at level V to 29,819.21 euros at level I. The publication is ordered via Resolution 159C/2026, dated September 28, from the Director General of Social Economy and Labor, Iñaki Mendióroz Casallo, which agrees to the registration, deposit, and publication of the salary revision agreement.

The text of the agreement was entered into the registry on September 18, 2026, and was signed on February 11, 2026, by the business representation and the union majority, as stated in the resolution itself. The affected agreement is identified by code 31003805011981, and the update is carried out under Article 4 of the sectoral agreement, which links the revision of the tables to the evolution of the CPI through the corresponding mathematical rules.

The processing is supported by Article 90, paragraphs 2 and 3, of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, which approves the revised text of the Workers’ Statute Law, and Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements. The resolution is issued in exercise of the powers of Article 32 of Foral Law 11/2019, of March 11, and Foral Decree 251/2023, of November 15, regarding the organic structure of the Department of Social Rights, Social Economy, and Employment.

The definitive 2025 tables set the monthly and annual salary for each of the five levels of the agreement, with the following amounts:

  • Level I: 2,149.98 euros monthly and 29,819.21 euros annually.
  • Level II: 1,883.22 euros monthly and 26,084.57 euros annually.

Signatories of the twenty-fifth minutes of the joint commission

The agreement was formalized in the session of the Joint Commission of the Collective Agreement for Hospitality in Navarra held in Pamplona on February 11, 2026, signed by:

  • For the Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of Navarra: José Ignacio Calvo Pérez, Álvaro Valgañón Villanueva, and Gonzalo Valgañón Domínguez.
  • For UGT: Amaia Villanueva Fernández and Mikel Lizarraga.
  • For CCOO: Gorka Arias Ferraz.

The resolution orders the registration in the Registry of Collective Agreements, Collective Labor Agreements, and Equality Plans of Navarra and provides for publication in the bulletin for general knowledge.

Hospitality is the most employment-intensive sector in Navarra, so the update of these tables has a direct effect on the payrolls of thousands of workers and on the labor costs of bars, restaurants, and accommodations. The publication in the official bulletin closes the processing of the agreement and provides publicity and legal certainty to the amounts that companies must apply in the preparation of the year’s payrolls.
