Publicadas las tablas salariales de 2026 del comercio de alimentación burgalés

The Territorial Labor Office of Burgos has ordered the registration in the registry of collective agreements and labor accords, and the publication of the salary tables for the year 2026, of the collective agreement for food trade, supermarkets, and self-service stores in the province. The decision is formalized in the resolution of September 29, 2026, disseminated in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos number 193, corresponding to Friday, October 9, 2026, with the official reference BOPBUR-2026-04248. The update of the tables is approved with effect from January 1, 2026, meaning it is retroactive with respect to the date of publication.

The now-published text is based on the agreement dated July 8, 2026, signed by the negotiating commission of the collective labor agreement for the activity of food trade—colonial wholesalers, grocery retailers, supermarkets, and self-service stores in the province of Burgos. The agreement is identified by the code C.C. 09000075011982 and its functional scope therefore covers colonial wholesalers, grocery retailers, supermarkets, and self-service stores located in the province.

Registration and official publication

The resolution consists of two agreements. The first orders the registration of the agreement in the corresponding registry of collective agreements and labor accords operating through electronic means of this management center, with notification to the negotiating commission. The second provides for its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos.

The document appears within section II, Autonomous Administration, under the heading of the Regional Government of Castilla y León and the Territorial Delegation of Burgos, and is signed in Burgos on September 29, 2026, by the head of the Territorial Labor Office, Juan Martín Antón Crespo.

Content of the salary tables

The published annex contains the salary table of the agreement structured by professional groups and functional areas. The list of categories includes:

  • Group I: Management, Sales, Administration, and Specific Auxiliary Services.
  • Group II: Sales, Administration, and Specific Auxiliary Services.
  • Group III: with the same functional areas of Sales, Administration, and Specific Auxiliary Services.

Each category appears with its corresponding amounts in the annexed table accompanying the resolution, which sets the applicable amounts for the 2026 fiscal year in the sector.

Registration and publication are based on Article 90 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, which approves the revised text of the Workers’ Statute Law. Furthermore, Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective labor agreements and accords, and Royal Decree 831/95, of May 30, on the transfer of functions and services from the State Administration to the Community of Castilla y León regarding Labor matters, are invoked.

The framework is completed by Order PRE/813/2022, of July 5, which develops the organic structure and defines the functions of the Territorial Labor Offices, a regulation that assigns the processing of registration and the publication of the agreed texts to these management centers.

The publication of these tables affects virtually all staff in the food trade of the province of Burgos, from large supermarkets to self-service stores and colonial wholesalers. Since the economic effects are set for January 1, 2026, companies in the sector must apply the new amounts and regularize the arrears accrued since that date in accordance with what was agreed upon by the negotiating commission.
