Single price of four euros and “tapaporte” draw

Each establishment may offer one tapa, or two if one of them is suitable for food intolerances, and must incorporate local products or promote the “Posadas” brand in its name. The price of the tapa plus one drink (basic 20 cl soft drink of cola, orange, lemon or water, or a small draft beer) will be 4 euros, a single price that the establishment commits to maintain.

The tapas passports must contain at least six stamps from different establishments, in addition to the name and telephone number of the participant, and shall be deposited in a ballot box installed at the Porter’s Lodge of the Local Police Headquarters (Manuel Siurot Building, 51 Gaitán Street) until 00:00 hours on Sunday, November 8. The draw for the vouchers will be held on Monday, November 9 at 12:00 hours at the Business Initiative Center, located at Miguel Hernández Street s/n. The evaluation of the tapas by the jury will take place on the 15th at 12:00 hours at the same center, where each establishment must present two units.

Impact on the local hospitality sector

The call aims to promote and enhance catering activity among the sector’s entrepreneurs, showcase the gastronomic variety of Posadas as a tourist resource, promote local products, and support the tourism promotion initiatives of local businesses. For the municipality’s bars and restaurants, the route represents three days of visibility and public influx, as well as a means of professionalizing their offering. The document was signed in Posadas on September 30, 2026, by the mayor, Emilio Martínez Pedrera.
