Muniesa puts its industrial warehouse up for rent for 1,910 euros

The Muniesa City Council has opened the tender to lease the municipally-owned industrial warehouse located in the town’s industrial zone, with a surface area of 710.50 square meters and a minimum fee of 1,910 euros per month, VAT not included. The announcement, with reference number 2026-3114, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel number 207, corresponding to October 28, 2026, within the Local Administration (Municipalities) section.

A patrimonial property of 710.50 square meters

The warehouse has a patrimonial legal nature and is located on Ed. Diseminados road, within the industrial zone of Muniesa. It is included in the Urban Land Delimitation for industrial use, according to modification number 5 of the Urban Land Delimitation Project, and appears in the Cadastre as polygon 3, plot 224, with cadastral reference 44170 A 003002240000GI.

The technical and economic data contained in the specifications are as follows:

• Year of construction: 2026.
• Use: industrial.
• Surface area: 710.50 square meters.
• Material execution valuation of the work: 321,008.41 euros.
• Project valuation: 382,000 euros.

The announcement further specifies that no actions have been carried out inside the property: the warehouse is delivered without conditioning, and the successful company will assume the interior conditioning according to the production process it intends to develop.

Four years extendable up to a maximum of twenty

The duration of the lease is set at four years from the formalization of the contract and is extendable, provided that the total duration does not exceed 20 years, including extensions. For this purpose, article 106.3 of Law 33/2003, of November 3, on the Patrimony of Public Administrations is applied supplementarily.

The bidding fee starts at 1,910 euros per month, VAT not included, an amount that bidders may improve upwards. The successful bidder must establish a definitive guarantee of 5% of the award price multiplied by the 48 months of the contract duration, excluding VAT, in accordance with article 107 of the Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP); the bond will be subject to the legal responsibilities provided for in article 110 of the same regulation.

Fifteen business days and opening of the contracting board

Proposals shall be submitted within 15 business days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel. The place of submission is the General Registry of the Muniesa City Council or the specific procedure enabled on its electronic office.

The documentation is available to interested parties at the municipal offices at Mayor, 19, Muniesa (Teruel), and on the town hall’s electronic headquarters, through the procedure titled “Lease of industrial warehouse.” The Contracting Board will be constituted on the third business day following the end of the bid submission period, at 11:00 AM.

A space for local productive use

The operation puts on the market a newly constructed publicly owned warehouse in a municipality of the historic Bajo Aragón, with the Cuencas Mineras as the reference region, and does so under a rental regime with an option for upward adjustment of the fee. For local companies seeking available industrial land, the tender offers a property of 710.50 square meters already valued at 382,000 euros, although the interior fitting-out is the responsibility of the lessee, a cost that must be weighed when calculating the bid.
