Por FactBox Admin

The City Council of Morón de la Frontera has approved its 2026 Public Employment Offer, consisting of 19 positions for civil service and contractual staff. The decision is formalized through Mayoral Decree 2026/2.373, of October 13, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville, number 201, on Friday, October 16, 2026, with the official reference BOP-SE-2026-201019.
The offer is signed by the mayor-president, Juan Manuel Rodríguez Domínguez, and is made public by virtue of article 70.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, which approves the revised text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee. The announcement occupies pages 154 and 155 of the gazette and organizes the positions into two blocks: the ordinary rate and the specific rate covered by article 20.Dos.4 of the General State Budget Law for 2023, extended for 2026.
The offer distinguishes between open competitive examination processes (oposición libre), intended for access to civil service positions, and open competitive merit-based processes (concurso-oposición libre), which combine merits and tests for contractual staff. Most of the positions fall under Group C or require basic qualifications, which broadens the range of potential candidates. The document includes an electronic validation code (7T9Z3D59JSYPFFH6ZR2SYKEHD) and refers to the municipal electronic office for verification.
