Lucena subvenciona notaría y registro al comprar viviendas de Suvilusa

The Lucena City Council has announced grants to cover the notary, registry, and agency fees faced by tenants of the Suvilusa municipal housing park when exercising their purchase option. The call for applications was approved by a resolution of the Mayor’s Office of Lucena on October 14, 2026, and was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 202, dated October 19, 2026 (reference BOP-A-2026-3504), with a total credit of 2,500 euros.

The summary is disseminated in accordance with articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Law on Subsidies, and the full text of the call can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database, where it appears with the identifier 935308. The financial obligations are charged to budget application 48026 1523 272 of the current Municipal Budget, with a maximum total amount of 2,500 euros for the 2026 fiscal year.

The call is governed by the General Ordinance regulating the Bases for granting subsidies of the City Council, published in the BOP of Córdoba number 147, of July 31, 2025, and, for matters not provided for therein, by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, the 2026 Budget Execution Bases, and Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure.

Grants of 350 euros per application and a global ceiling of 2,500 euros

The 2,500 euros constitute the limit of the announced credit, not the amount per beneficiary. The grants are awarded in strict order of submission of applications until the available budget credit is exhausted, with two distinct tiers:

  • Those who already obtained a municipal subsidy in 2026 for the rental of publicly owned housing under a rent-to-buy scheme will receive the equivalent of the subsidy percentage assigned to them for the rent, applied to the expenses incurred, with a minimum of 350 euros and without exceeding the total of the eligible expenses in any case.
  • Those who did not receive that rental aid will receive a fixed subsidy of 350 euros.

The percentage applied in the first tier takes as a reference the vulnerability status of the families previously assessed by the City Council, so that the purchase aid reproduces the intensity of protection already recognized in the rental call.

Natural persons and purchases formalized between December 2025 and November 2026

Only natural persons who exercise the purchase option for municipal housing and are already under a rent-to-buy agreement may qualify as beneficiaries. The call requires that the right has been exercised between December 1, 2025, and November 30, 2026, and is expressly aimed at those who find it difficult to cover the notary, registry, and agency fees derived from the operation.

Requirements are proven through the documentation indicated in the fifth section of the call. In the event that a correction of the initial application is required, the order of the entry registry will depend on the date on which said correction is correctly addressed, a relevant criterion given that distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Deadline open until November 30

The application period opens the day following the publication of the summary in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba and remains open until November 30, 2026. The resolution is signed by the mayor, Aurelio Fernández García, and the summary occupies pages 15007 to 15009 of the provincial gazette.

For households in the Suvilusa municipal housing stock facing the transition from renting to ownership, the call covers one of the costs that most hinder the operation: notary fees, registry registration, and administrative agency fees. Furthermore, the aid arrives with a criterion of continuity regarding municipal protected rental policies, as those who were beneficiaries of rental aid retain their coverage percentage upon purchasing. The margin is, however, limited: the total credit of 2,500 euros and the distribution by order of submission make the speed of application registration decisive.
