Por FactBox Admin

The Regional Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Regional Government of Castilla y León has called for a public auction, using the open bidding procedure, for the disposal of three properties owned by the autonomous community: a commercial premises in Ledrada (Salamanca) and two plots, one in Valladolid and another in Velamazán (Soria). The call is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León no. 205, dated October 22, 2026, via the Resolution of October 13, 2026, from the General Secretariat of the Ministry (reference BOCYL-D-22102026-205-32). The deadline for submitting proposals ends on November 12, 2026.
From the alienability agreement to the bidding
The file began on September 29, 2026, when an Order of the Regional Ministry of Economy and Finance declared the properties alienable and agreed to start the disposal procedure by auction. Subsequently, the Order of October 8, 2026, approved the specifications and formally called for the bidding.
The processing is handled by the Heritage Service of the Ministry, under file number 02/2025/20, common to the three lots. The resolution is signed by the General Secretary, José Ángel Amo Martín, and spans pages 149 to 152 of the gazette.
Three lots and four price tiers
The specifications set an appraisal value for each property and a sequence of decreasing base prices for four successive calls:
- Lot 1 — Ground floor commercial premises, San Miguel Sur St. no. 1, of the “La Estación” housing group in Ledrada (Salamanca). Cadastral reference 0036101TK7803N0001AR; 78.74 m² built and 55.92 m² usable. Appraisal: 14,835.40 euros; deposit of 741.77 euros. Base prices: 14,835.40 / 12,610.09 / 10,718.58 / 9,110.79 euros.
- Lot 2 — Plot RU-3 of Sector 44 “Industrial Jalón”, in Valladolid. Cadastral reference 7381303UM5078A0001QW; 695.40 m², maximum buildability of 312.95 m² and height of G+1. Appraisal: 98,120.94 euros; deposit of 4,906.05 euros. Base prices: 98,120.94 / 83,402.80 / 70,892.38 / 60,258.52 euros.
- Lot 3 — Rural plot 183 of polygon 1 “El Roblecillo”, in Velamazán (Soria). Cadastral reference 42318E001001830000PZ; 156,746 m² resulting from the land consolidation of the irrigable area of the Almazán canal. Appraisal: 125,360 euros; deposit of 6,268 euros. Base prices: 125,360 / 106,556 / 90,572.60 / 76,986.71 euros.
Electrical charges and bidding procedures
The Soria plot supports supports from three power lines: one 400 kV line from Red Eléctrica de España, another 132 kV line for the evacuation of Iberdrola wind farms, and a 13.2 kV high-voltage distribution line from E-distribución Redes Digitales. The specifications state that these installations do not limit rural use, but they require facilitating access for the companies for maintenance.
Offers are to be submitted at the General Registry of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, calle José Cantalapiedra n.º 2, 47014 Valladolid, or through any of the channels specified in article 16 of Law 39/2015. Documentation and information can be obtained from the Heritage Service (offices 219 and 220; telephones 983414000, extensions 802795 and 802747). The public auction act will be held on November 25, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the Ministry’s headquarters, at calle José Cantalapiedra s/n in Valladolid. Visits to the Ledrada premises require a prior appointment with the Territorial Service of Mobility and Digital Transformation of Salamanca (923 29 60 20, extension 851403), and advertising costs will be borne by the successful bidder.
Regional heritage seeking a buyer
The operation allows the regional Administration to dispose of properties of little public utility—a premises in a public housing development, unbuilt industrial land, and a rural estate crossed by power lines—and, at the same time, opens a low-cost entry point for investors and individuals. The fourth call places the Salamanca premises below 9,200 euros and the Valladolid industrial plot 38% below its appraisal, although the buyer assumes the urban planning conditions set by each city council and the electrical easements of the Soria property.
