The Board awards 137 permanent labor staff positions with immediate terminations

The General Directorate of the Civil Service of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha has definitively awarded the vacant job positions from the permanent transfer competition CPL 3/2026 to permanent contractual staff. The resolution, dated September 21, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) No. 186, of September 28, 2026, in section II, Authorities and Personnel, with the official reference [2026/6840]. The text orders the cessation from the previous position on the day following its publication and the incorporation into the new destination on the day following that cessation.

The resolution is issued under article 31.2 of the VIII Collective Agreement for Contractual Personnel in the service of the Administration of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha, once the applications submitted until June 30, 2026, have been considered and the proposal procedure provided for in that same article has been completed. The document, dated in Toledo on September 21, 2026, is signed by José Narváez Vila, Director General of the Civil Service, by delegation of the Minister of Finance, Public Administrations and Digital Transformation (Resolution of 09/15/2015, DOCM No. 183 of 09/17/2015), and bears the competition reference C.P.L. 202603 / 2026.

Annex I, “Assignment List,” contains 137 awards of vacant positions: 87 in shift 1 and 50 in shift 2. The destinations are distributed among the five provincial delegations—Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca, Guadalajara, and Toledo—and the central services.

Destinations by ministries and categories

The awarded positions correspond to eleven areas of the regional Administration:

The most frequent categories are Orderly, Cleaning and Domestic Services Personnel, Educational Technical Assistant, Specialist Laborer Personnel, Kitchen Assistant, Nursing Assistant, Driver Personnel, Higher Technical Personnel in Early Childhood Education, and Services Supervisor Personnel.

Cessations, incorporations and deadlines

• The awarded personnel shall cease their previous position on the day following the publication of the resolution and must join the new one on the day following said cessation.
• Effective incorporation is postponed if the worker is taking leave, vacations, maternity leave, or any other circumstance that, while maintaining active service, prevents the effective provision of their services.
• Those coming from leave without reservation of post must rejoin within fifteen days from the second day following the publication; failure to do so will result in them being declared on voluntary leave for private interest.
• The annex includes 15 people accessing from leave, among them Francisco-Javier Pérez Luis (General Secretariat of the Presidency), Diego José Briones Romero (Zone 1. Porzuna) and María del Carmen Espinosa Ureña (CEIP Jesús Castillo, Valdepeñas).
• Upon joining, personnel must present a sworn statement declaring that they do not hold another public position or incompatible activity, and shall enjoy leave for change of residence if applicable.

• Alfonso Carlos Moreno Cuenca, attendant at the Provincial Delegation of Treasury of Ciudad Real, coming from the Music Conservatory of the capital.
• Sonia Pastor Andradas, attendant at the Provincial Delegation of Treasury of Guadalajara, from IES Aguas Vivas.
• Jorge Hernández Noguera, driving personnel in Zone 2 of Almansa, from the Mobile Park of Guadalajara.
• Dolores Gamito Piñero, attendant at the General Secretariat of Education, Culture and Sports in Toledo.
• Enrique Parras Marín, laboratory assistant at C.I.A.F. Albaladejito (Cuenca).
• Juan-Fernando Muñoz Navalón, public works watchman at the Water Agency of Castilla-La Mancha in Albacete.

Appeal and scope

A claim may be filed against the resolution before the Social Jurisdiction, in accordance with Article 59 of the Recast Text of the Workers’ Statute Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23.

The publication closes the permanent transfer competition CPL 3/2026 and immediately activates the cessations and incorporations in the destination centers, with direct effects on the mobility of more than a hundred permanent workers of the regional Administration and on the coverage of services in provincial delegations, educational centers, residences, and laboratories.
