The Department of Enterprise and Labor of the Generalitat de Catalunya has registered and ordered the publication of the collective labor agreement of Autobusos de Lleida, SA, of the Moventis Group, for the period between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2028. The resolution, dated September 18, 2026, appears in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida no. 188, of October 2, 2026, with the reference BOP-2026_0_188_8006 and the agreement code 25000032011994. The personal scope covers all personnel currently making up the workforce and those who join during its validity. The agreement enters into force on January 1, 2026, regardless of the date of publication in the DOGC, and provides for unlimited ultra-activity once denounced, with a notice period of three months before expiration.
