The second requires the written development of two topics chosen from three drawn by lot, in a maximum of three hours, and the third requires solving two practical cases, also in three hours.

The maximum total score is 42 points, and ties are resolved by the score of the first exercise and, failing that, by draw.

The examination fee is 37.76 euros at the general rate and 18.88 euros for unemployed persons, with a 50% discount for general category large families and an exemption for special category and victims of terrorism. Payment is made via self-assessment by card, and registration is formalized at the electronic office with a digital certificate.

The planned calendar sets a maximum period of two months to approve the provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates, with ten business days for corrections, and fifteen business days for the final list. The start of the procedure must occur within six months of the closing of applications, and the resolution may not exceed twelve months. The order of performance in the exercises will be alphabetical, starting with the letter “B”, in accordance with the resolution of June 29, 2026, of the State Secretariat for Civil Service.

The rules also provide for adaptations of time and means for persons with disabilities who request them, applying Order PJC/804/2025, of July 23, and the creation of a job pool with those who pass at least the first exercise. Proposed individuals will have twenty business days to present documentation and thirty business days to take possession as career civil servants.
