The ATM awards a permanent position through a competitive examination process from the 2023 offer

The Metropolitan Transport Authority (ATM) Consortium has announced the award of a full-time permanent employment position, filled through a competitive examination system within the 2023 ordinary public employment offer. The resolution, signed on August 25, 2026, by the general director, is published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya (DOGC) number 9740 on August 28, 2026, with the official reference CVE-DOGC-A-26237030-2026.

The successful candidate

According to Annex 1 of the resolution, the person definitively awarded the position is Ignasi Celma Roses, who obtained the highest score on the final list. The hiring is formalized under a permanent indefinite employment contract, in accordance with the rules established in the call for applications.

The resolution is adopted by virtue of the personnel powers of the general director of the Metropolitan Transport Authority of Barcelona, Manuel Valdés López, in accordance with Article 11 of the Consortium Statutes and Article 2.2 of its Internal Regulations.

Appeals and impact

Against the resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, interested parties may file a claim before the social jurisdiction within two months from the day following its publication, in accordance with Article 69 of Law 36/2011, regulating social jurisdiction.
