ID Logistics Iberia publishes its Getafe agreement for 2027-2029

The General Directorate of Labor of the Community of Madrid has ordered the registration, deposit, and publication of the collective agreement of the company ID Logistics Iberia, S.A.U. for its workplace in Getafe. The resolution, signed on September 4, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid (BOCM) number 230, dated September 26, 2026, with the reference BOCM-20260926-4. The text regulates the labor conditions of the logistics center during the years 2027, 2028, and 2029.

The agreement was signed by the negotiating commission on July 23, 2026, in Madrid and applies to the workplace located in the Los Gavilanes Industrial Estate, Dian Fossey street number 4, P.C. 28909 of Getafe (Madrid), where the company provides services for the clients assigned to that center. Its registration code is 28100311012013.

The resolution is issued under Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements, and Article 90 of the Workers’ Statute. It is signed by the Director General of Labor, Silvia Marina Parra Rudilla. An administrative appeal may be filed against the resolution before the Vice-Ministry of Economy and Employment within one month.

Validity and scopes of application

• Entry into force: January 1, 2027.
• Validity: until December 31, 2029.
• Territorial scope: Getafe workplace.
• Excluded: senior management personnel and professional groups I and II.
• Termination: in writing, at least one month prior to the end of the validity period.

Working hours, vacations, and salaries

The annual working day is set at 1,800 effective hours, with a minimum rest of twelve hours between shifts, and vacations at 32 calendar days. The agreed salary increase is the actual CPI of each year plus 1%, effective from January 1, 2027, 2028, and 2029, applied to the base salary, personal supplement, seniority, marriage allowance, family allowance, and study grants.

Other amounts included in the text:

• Seniority triennium: 38.36 euros (2026 reference), updatable.
• Overtime hour: 12.89 gross euros (2026 reference).
• Night shift: 20% increase between 22:00 and 6:00 hours.
• Freezer chamber bonus: 150 gross euros per month.
• Transport bonus: 15 gross euros per month, in eleven monthly installments.
• Worked holiday: 140 euros per day.
• Family allowance: 267.41 euros per son or daughter; marriage or civil partnership allowance: 266.58 euros; study grants: 342.58 euros per year.
• Accident insurance: 30,050.61 euros; life insurance: 15,025.30 euros.

Social loan fund

Annex number 2 regulates the social loan fund of ID Logistics Iberia, S.A.U., endowed with 36,060.73 euros. The loan caps according to seniority are:

• More than 24 months: up to 6,010.12 euros.
• More than 12 months: up to 1,803.04 euros.
• More than 9 months: up to 1,202.02 euros.
• More than 6 months: up to 601.01 euros.
• More than 3 months: up to 300.51 euros.

Loans are amortized over a maximum period of 36 months, and only one may be requested per employee per year. Applications are addressed to management through the works council, which issues a prior report.

Representation and monitoring

The agreement creates a joint interpretation and monitoring commission, based in Madrid, at Federico Mompou street number 5, composed of six members: three representing the workers and three representing management. It is also agreed to apply the company’s Equality Plan and harassment prevention protocol, and to integrate modules on LGBTI rights into the training plans.

The negotiation was carried out by the company, represented by Carlos García Rabanal and Verónica del Pozo Jiménez, and the works council, with José Luis Ollero Marañón, Alberto Monroy Consuegra, Juan de Jesús Júlvez Organero, Antonia Salas Torres, Esther Estela Ortega and Emilio José Lara Monedero (UGT), along with Daniel de Vicente Ramón, Christian Gómez González and Javier Rodríguez Pérez (CCOO).

The agreement provides job stability for three years for the staff of the Getafe logistics center, with annual increases linked to the CPI plus one point and a social loan fund for justified needs. The text entirely replaces pre-existing labor conditions and is mandatory for the company and the workers of the center.
