Working day of 1,650 hours and new remuneration structure
The agreement establishes an annual working day of 1,650 hours of effective work, with 27 working days of vacation and fourteen holidays, and organizes the working day into overlapping periods and flexible slots, with differentiated schedules for service units and the territorial network. It also regulates the daily registration of working hours and the right to digital disconnection in two specific annexes.
The salary structure is simplified into base salary, personal functional supplement, experience supplement, agreement adaptation supplement, voluntary supplement, and promotion supplement, among others. The 2025 salary table, included as an annex, incorporates an increase of 3.5%, and the salary review refers to articles 41 to 44 of the Sectoral Collective Agreement in the wording agreed upon on May 5, 2026.

Equality, harassment protocols, and digital rights
Article 57 ratifies the Generali Spain Group Equality Plan and the Joint Equality and Conciliation Commission, and confirms the validity of the protocols against sexual harassment, harassment based on sex, and moral or workplace harassment. Annex VII develops the protocol for addressing harassment and violence against LGBTI+ people, in compliance with Law 4/2023 and Royal Decree 1026/2024.
This procedure sets a maximum period of 25 days to resolve a complaint and creates a three-member investigation commission, with a binding report within a maximum of two business days. The text also incorporates the regulation of the use of artificial intelligence in labor relations in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the LOPDGDD.
The Joint Mixed Commission, composed of five representatives from the union side and five from the companies, assumes the interpretation and monitoring of the agreement, with an ordinary resolution period of 30 days. On the company side, it is composed of Alberto Ogando García, Javier Zubicoa Miqueleiz, Nuria Vila Camino, M.ª Carmen Urbán Ballesteros, and Roberto González Palomo; on the union side, Carlos Andreu Bofill, Lorena Romero Hernández, and Cristina Llopart Muntañola (CC.OO.), Antonio Tovar Bustos (UGT), and M.ª Carmen Barragán Sánchez (USOC).
The text arrives with nearly 4,000 workers covered by a homogeneous framework following the integration of Liberty, and for the first time organizes the conditions of the group’s eight companies in a single instrument, from working hours to supplementary social security. Its publication closes the negotiation opened in July and provides formal coverage for the equality and harassment protocols required by recent regulations.
