Forced auction set for large Blokhus property near Hune
Por FactBox Admin

A 69,925-square-metre residential property at Højmarksvej 13 in Blokhus goes to forced auction on 19 October 2026 at 09:00 in courtroom J of the Retten i Hjørring. The auction was requested by Totalkredit, acting through Norden Advokatfirma in Aars, and is announced in Statstidende of 2 October 2026 under reference S30092026-8. The sale covers four land-registry parcels in Hune and a house described in the official sales prospectus as a single-family home with a large plot just outside Hune and close to the holiday-cottage area.
The property and its land
The estate comprises matrikel numbers 34 bl, 34 b, 34 bk and 34 c, all in Hune village, Hune, at the same address. According to the land registry, the plot area is 69,925 m², and part of the land is a separate lot planted with older spruce trees.
The dwelling is arranged over three levels and is accompanied by a large detached double garage with a basement and an attic floor:
- Ground floor: entrance hall, four rooms, guest toilet, bathroom, large living room and kitchen area, and a rear hall.
- First floor: bathroom, large lounge with a small kitchenette and a wood-burning stove, and three rooms.
- Basement: distribution corridor, storage under the stairs, pantry, large flexible room or party room, laundry room, former boiler room and a large storage room.
The property is heated by a heat pump, and the former solid-fuel boiler remains in the basement. Two oil tanks, one buried and one above ground, are also on the site, and the creditor reserves its position on possible soil contamination. A TDC telecom mast and a pumping station belonging to Jammerbugt Forsyning stand on the land.
Valuation, inspection and reservations
The official property value as of 1 October 2020 is DKK 2,350,000, of which the land value accounts for DKK 404,900. The property was inspected on 8 September 2026 without professional assistance, so the prospectus reserves its position on technical installations, the general condition of the property and the legality of its fittings. Further reservations concern discrepancies between the BBR notice and actual conditions, differences between cadastral and physical boundaries, and any subsequent adjustment of property taxes following new valuations.

For readers in the Blokhus and Hune area, the case is notable for the size of the plot rather than the house itself: nearly seven hectares of land so close to the Hune holiday-cottage belt rarely reach the open market. The outcome on 19 October will therefore be read as a signal for land prices in the northern Jammerbugt coastal strip, and the auction terms set the framework for anyone considering a bid.
