Entrecortinas inscribe su quinto convenio colectivo con subidas ligadas al IPC

The Territorial Delegation of Employment, Enterprise and Self-Employment in Granada has ordered the registration and publication of the V Collective Agreement of Entrecortinas, S.L.U., the Santa Fe-based company dedicated to the manufacture of technical curtains and mosquito nets. The resolution, signed on September 30, 2026, by the territorial delegate José Martín Cañizares, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Granada number 196, dated October 9, 2026 (reference BOP-GRA-2026-196003). The text, with agreement code 18100562012014, was submitted on September 28, 2026, to the Telematic Registry of Collective Agreements (REGCON).

The agreement regulates the labor relations of the entire workforce of Entrecortinas, S.L.U. assigned to the workplace at P.I. Dos de Octubre, in Santa Fe, as well as those of any future centers the company may create in the province of Granada. The company manufactures technical curtains and mosquito nets in textile, aluminum, wood, and PVC. The signing parties are the Works Council, as labor representation, and the business representation.

The text is structured into ten chapters and 67 articles, with additional and final provisions, and entirely repeals the previous agreement. It enters into force on January 1, 2026, regardless of the publication date, and extends until December 31, 2028, being renewed annually by tacit agreement.

Three years of validity and salary review linked to the CPI

For 2027 and 2028, the basic salary table will increase by the actual year-on-year CPI plus 0.30 points. The computable CPI has an annual cap of 3%, and the sum of the three fiscal years may not exceed 9%; the additional 0.30 points remain outside these limits and are applied in all cases. If the CPI is equal to or lower than 0%, no negative reviews will be applied, nor will the current tables be reduced.

The annual working day is set at 1,792 hours, distributed as 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday, with 22 working days of vacation per year and a personal hour account for manufacturing staff. Any corresponding back payments will be paid within a maximum period of two months from the signing of the agreement.

Salary tables and profit sharing

From April 1 to December 31, 2026, the annual salaries by professional group, including extraordinary payments, are as follows:

  • Professional Group 1: 30,397.03 euros
  • Professional Group 2: 27,863.91 euros
  • Professional Group 3: 20,897.94 euros
  • Professional Group 4A: 20,771.30 euros
  • Professional Group 4B: 20,568.65 euros
  • Professional Group 4C: 20,264.68 euros
  • Professional Group 5: 17,098.32 euros
  • Professional Group 6: 17,094.00 euros

The text incorporates a profit-sharing system, payable in June, which requires profits at the close of the fiscal year, a minimum seniority of one year, and sales targets of 10,585,000 euros in 2026, 11,114,250 euros in 2027, and 11,669,963 euros in 2028. The percentage ranges from 5%, if personnel expenses do not exceed 18% of sales, to 0% when they exceed 23%.

Supplements, occupational health, and equality

Supplements include triennials of 3% of the base salary with a limit of 12%, two extraordinary bonuses of 30 days prorated over twelve monthly payments, a night shift premium of 20% of the ordinary hour, an activity premium for team leaders from 150 to 225 euros per month, and a truck premium of 12 euros per route day of 300 kilometers or more. Overtime hours are remunerated with surcharges of 25% on working days, 50% on Saturdays, and 60% on Sundays and holidays.

The company will supplement up to 100% of temporary disability due to professional contingencies, for a maximum of twelve months, and up to 50% for those derived from common contingencies, not exceeding four days per year. It will also arrange a policy of 15,000 euros for death or absolute permanent disability or severe disability resulting from a work accident. The agreement includes an equality plan, protocols against sexual harassment and LGTBI harassment, and protection measures for victims of gender-based violence.

The 5th agreement of Entrecortinas affects the entire workforce of the company in the province of Granada and takes effect retroactively from January 1, 2026, meaning workers will receive the corresponding back pay. The linking of increases to the CPI and the incorporation of a profit-sharing payment make the text the economic reference for the textile company until the end of 2028.
