The Delegation of Economy and Finance in Cádiz has called for a public ascending auction of a 91.56 m² dwelling located at Avenida Campo del Sur, number 38, 5º E, in Cádiz. The disposal is processed under file 2026001100384 and auction no. 1/26, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cádiz number 186, dated September 25, 2026, with a starting price of 156,368 euros. The bidding will take place on November 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the headquarters in Jerez de la Frontera.

The operation is supported by Law 33/2003, of November 3, on the Heritage of Public Administrations (LPAP) and its General Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 1373/2009, of August 28 (RLPAP). The general conditions specifications were approved on September 7, 2026, and received a favorable report from the State Attorney’s Office on August 6, 2026. By resolution of the Delegation of Economy and Finance of Cádiz dated September 7, 2026, the start of the disposal procedure was agreed upon, following the approval of the property appraisal, set at 156,368.00 euros.

The announcement is disseminated through a public ascending auction procedure, with simultaneous admission of sealed-envelope offers, and the documentation can be consulted in the State Heritage section of the Delegation of Economy and Finance in Cádiz, at the headquarters in Jerez de la Frontera, and on the Ministry of Finance website.

A 91.56-meter dwelling in the historic center

The property subject to the bid is a dwelling located at Avenida Campo del Sur, number 38, 5º E (formerly Avenida Primo de Rivera), in the municipality of Cádiz, with a built area of 91.56 m². This is lot number 1, offered in the first and second auctions.

According to the resolution, the asset has no liens or encumbrances and is not subject to litigation, circumstances that must be expressly accepted by the successful bidder in the deed of sale. The urban planning conditions are those derived from the planning, to be verified by interested parties at the Cádiz City Council.

Two rounds and five percent deposits

The auction is structured in two successive calls, with a price reduction in the second:

• First auction: 156,368.00 euros, with a five percent deposit of 7,818.40 euros.
• Second auction: 132,912.80 euros, with a five percent deposit of 6,645.64 euros.

Deadline for offers and public act in Jerez

The deadline for submitting bids is 20 calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official State Gazette. Interested parties must submit the documentation to the General Registry of the Delegation of Economy and Finance in Cádiz, at Plaza de la Constitución number 1, or at the Jerez de la Frontera office, at Plaza de las Marinas, 1.

The public auction act will be held on November 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the Assembly Hall of the Delegation of Economy and Finance of Cádiz, Jerez de la Frontera office, Plaza de las Marinas number 1, semi-basement floor. The resolution is signed in Cádiz on September 11, 2026, by the Delegate of Economy and Finance, Miguel Gómez Martínez.
