The CTTI announces nine permanent positions via a merit-based competition

The Telecommunications and Information Technologies Center of the Generalitat de Catalunya (CTTI) has announced a selection process by merit competition to fill 9 permanent staff positions, through Resolution PRE/3150/2026, of September 3, published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya (DOGC) no. 9748 on September 9, 2026. The call, identified as OOP2024-2, is part of the public employment offer for permanent staff of the CTTI corresponding to the specific replacement rate for the year 2024.

The resolution, signed by the managing director of the CTTI, Demetri Rico Aguila, develops the Agreement of the Board of Directors of the entity dated October 30, 2024, and the offer approved by Resolution PRE/4613/2024, of December 17, published in the DOGC on December 27, 2024. The process is governed by the common bases of Annex 1, the specific bases of Annexes 3 and 4, and the list of job positions in Annex 2.

Positions announced

All positions correspond to Professional Group 2 (Technical Management) and are distributed across six job roles:

  • Agility Consultant (code CAG): 1 position in the Business Management.
  • Information Systems Deployment Manager (code GDS): 1 position in the Business Management, reserved for people with disabilities.
  • Digital Workplace Environment Service Delivery Manager (code GSE): 2 positions in the Business Management.
  • Infrastructure Manager (code GIN): 3 positions in the Digital Infrastructure Division.
  • Quality Manager (code GQU): 1 position in the Business Management.
  • Transformation Manager (code GTR): 1 position in the Executive Directorate of Corporate Governance.

Requirements and selection system

To participate, one must have Spanish nationality or that of an EU member state (or legal residence in Spain), be at least 16 years old, not have been dismissed from the service, possess functional capacity, and certify C1 level in Catalan (and Spanish for those who do not have Spanish nationality). The positions require a university degree equivalent to MECU 6 and one year of experience in equivalent functions.

The selection system is a merit competition, with a maximum score of 100 points, distributed as follows:

  • Services rendered: up to 30 points.
  • Complementary training and specific professional development: up to 50 points.
  • Profile suitability through a competency interview: up to 20 points.

Deadlines and submission

Applications must be submitted exclusively by electronic means through the Tràmits Gencat website (web.gencat.cat/ca/tramits/23626), within the common deadline of 20 working days starting from the day after the publication of the call in the DOGC. The participation fee varies according to the professional group, with discounts for large or single-parent families, people with a disability equal to or greater than 33%, and victims of gender-based violence.

Interested parties may file a claim before the Social Section of the Court of First Instance within two months from the publication, in accordance with Law 36/2011 regulating social jurisdiction.
